Objective: The UBS ETF - MSCI Pacific (ex Japan) UCITS ETF sub-fund will take proportionate exposure on the components of the MSCI Pacific ex Japan Index (Net Return) either through direct investments in all or substantially all of the component securities and/or through the use of derivatives in particular where it may not be possible or practicable to replicate the index through direct investments or in order to generate efficiencies in gaining exposure to the index. Exposure to the index through direct replication may be affected by rebalancing costs, while exposure to the index through derivatives may be affected by derivative trading costs. The use of OTC derivatives further engenders counterparty risk which is however mitigated by UBS ETF SICAV's collateral policy. The sub-fund will invest its net assets predominantly in shares, transferable securities, money market instruments, units of undertakings for collective investment, deposits with credit institutions, structured notes listed or dealt in on a regulated market and other assets eligible under the prospectus. Currency hedged share classes may also be available in the sub-fund. This class distributes its net income in order to maintain the maximum tracking accuracy of the MSCI Pacific ex Japan Index (Net Return). Investors other than Authorized Participants may not subscribe shares directly with the UBS ETF SICAV, but may purchase and sell shares, through an intermediary, on one of the stock exchanges listed for the share class on the website www.ubs.com/etf. Direct redemptions with the UBS ETF SICAV are however possible on each business day in Luxembourg. Authorized Participants may subscribe and redeem shares with the UBS ETF SICAV under the conditions detailed in the relevant Authorized Participant Agreement.

Objective: The fund aims to deliver a positive return over a midterm timeframe by investing in equity markets. It aims to achieve this with a lower volatility than equity markets. The actively managed Fund uses a long-short equity strategy to exploit stock price anomalies in companies around the world, including emerging markets. The investment manager may use the Index MSCI All Country World for security selection at its own discretion. The Fund will aim to take long positions in stocks that the investment manager deems to be undervalued by the market and short positions in stocks the investment manager deems to be overvalued. Companies are selected primarily based on fundamental research. The 'net' market exposure will typically be positive, but will vary according to market conditions. The Fund uses over-the-counter and exchange-traded financial derivative instruments (FDIs), which reference equity securities and equity indices to manage currency and equity exposure. Investment in FDIs used will result in the Fund being leveraged whereby the exposure of the Fund as a result of all positions held by it may exceed its net asset value. The Fund may also invest in money market funds and money market instruments. The Fund will from time to time use investment techniques known as 'hedging' to provide protection against exchange risks. For hedging purposes, the Fund may use FDIs to hedge against fluctuations in the relative values of its portfolio positions due to changes in currency exchange rates and market interest rates. The Fund is actively managed and may use the referenced index for security selection and may use a representative cash rate as described in the prospectus for performance comparison. The base currency of the fund is EUR.The return of the fund depends primarily on equity market development and their exchange rate fluctuations, as well as dividend payments.

Objective: The objective of the Fund is capital appreciation. The Fund precisely tracks the daily performance of a commodity index, called the UBS Bloomberg CMCI Ex-Agriculture Ex-Livestock Capped Index (Total Return) (the “Index”), less fees and costs. The Fund invests in financial derivative instruments (“FDIs”) with UBS AG, London Branch ("UBS") as counterparty. The Fund may also invest in securities (e.g. company shares and bonds issued by companies and governments). Under the terms of the FDIs, the performance of the Index is swapped from UBS to the Fund, and in return the performance of the securities is swapped from the Fund to UBS – consequently, the Fund's performance reflects the performance of the Index and is not impacted by the performance of the securities. The Index is a benchmark for the commodity markets (not including agriculture or livestock). It is well diversified and contains components in the energy and metals sectors, and excludes components from the agriculture and livestock sectors. More information on the Index is available at www.ubs.com/cmci. The Fund's investment manager is not permitted, and does not attempt, to out-perform the Index. As a result of fees and costs, the performance of the Fund on any day will always be less than the performance of the Index on that day.

Objective: This Sub-Fund invests in shares of worldwide companies (including Emerging countries) and, on an ancillary basis, up to 20% of its net assets in warrants on transferable securities, convertible bonds or bonds with warrants on transferable securities, bonds and other debt securities and money market instruments. This Sub-Fund invests primarily in biodiversity “fixers” (companies which through their revenues are reducing biodiversity loss) and value-chain champion companies (companies which are not necessarily traditional impact companies but have huge supply chains (i.e. supply goods globally) and are taking this responsibility seriously (i.e. verify via key indicators that biodiversity goals are the main focus). Bilateral engagement is a critical element of the investment process. It consists in a long-term collaborative effort by the Investment Manager with the listed companies, involving investigation and guidance both ways, while promoting best practice as a key responsibility. Companies involved in weapons (including controversial weapons and nuclear weapons), thermal coal extraction, unconventional oil & gas extraction, gambling and adult entertainment and tobacco production are excluded, as well as, with revenue thresholds applied, those involved in tobacco distribution, conventional oil and gas extraction, electricity utilities. Furthermore, the Sub-Fund excludes all companies in breach of the UN Global Compact. The investment strategy relies on external ESG ratings, as well as internal analysis. At least 90% of this Sub Fund’s investments will have an external ESG rating. For investments without an external ESG rating, an equivalent analysis is conducted by the Investment Manager. This Sub-Fund does not make use of derivatives except for share class hedging. The net asset value is expressed in USD, its base currency. For more information, please consult in particular the "Investment policy and objectives" sections of the Prospectus.

Objective: The sub-fund is designed to provide investors with a relatively high yield whilst achieving a superior risk/reward profile. To achieve this objective the sub-fund will comprise the most attractively undervalued global bonds, as identified by the Portfolio manager. The portfolio manager has developed a proprietary investment process/ scoring system based on a country's Net Foreign Asset position in order to assess each debtor's ability to pay their debts. The portfolio will not track an index but weightings will vary according to which sectors, regions and issues are undervalued at a given time. Positioning will also vary according to perceived economic environments, allocating more into safer credits during difficult economic periods in order to protect capital. As Holdings return to or surpass fair value the portfolio manager will attempt to sustain the upwards bias on capital appreciation by opportunistically adjusting the portfolio into undervalued credits where they identify mispricing due to market sentiment rather than fundamental or structural reasons.
